What sources say is a substantive statement made by a British eyewitness to the disappearance of young Madeline McCann could be the key to solving this mystery.

A computerized sketch of a 'Victoria Beckman' , celebrity look a like woman has been released by private investigators and the spokeswoman for the McCann family, Clarence Mitchell, stating that this woman made a statement to eye witnesses that is potentially substantive to solving the case.

Heated Conversation Overheard by British Man Key to Case

The woman bearing a resemblance to celebrity Victoria Beckman was said to been described as being about 5'3" with dark brown short hair and speaking with an Australian accent. "Eye witnesses say that the woman was overheard having a heated conversation with another in Spanish", says a British man. This occurrence happened by a nearby bar and look a like retreated off towards a nearby hospital afterwards. The conversation took place nearly 3 days after the disappearance of young Madeline McCann.

David Edgar, retired private investigator is now leading the search based on what the woman said to one of the eyewitnesses that makes him believe her information may be credible.

As reported by Skynews, "She was reportedly seen by two British men in Barcelona, Spain, three days after the girl went missing from Praia da Luz, Portugal, on May 3, 2007."

The parents of young McCann, Kate and Gerry McCann are very excited with the new developments of the case and hope that this can bring some resolution to the disappearance of their baby daughter.

The Pope, David Beckham and J.K. Rowling were among celebrities that took a personal interest in the search for the young McCann back in 2007. People around the world contributed more than $2 million to a fund that was set up by Dr. Kate Healy McCann and Gerry McCann, Madeline's parents. This was a private investigative fund set up for the investigative support aiding in the search for Madeline.

Factors Eliminate Parents from Disappearance Yet Raise Eyebrows to Possible Negligence

There were many rumors that floated that the McCann’s had actually drugged their daughter and placed her in the trunk of their rented vacation car.

The only factual evidence that was ever found is that the parents were out drinking and left the kids alone in the apartment while they could not view the apartment very well from the bar. Was there evidence of negligence? Of course, the McCann's are fighting those in British courts with the aid of top paid solicitors and barristers.

Will young Madeline ever be found? Statistics report that a child that goes missing has a best chance of being found within the first 48 hours of going missing. After the critical 48 hours have passed chances of recovery severely perish.
