This week authorities have released new documentation regarding Casey Anthony's behavior, police interview transcripts, and her friend's and family's thoughts.
Three-year-old Caylee Anthony went missing in mid-June, and authorities have suspected Casey Anthony, her 22-year-old mother, may have harmed her. Casey claimed she dropped little Caylee off with a babysitter and has not seen her since. It was subsequently learned that the babysitter does not exist. In the meantime, Casey was arrested charged with child neglect and just last week was released on $500,000 bail posted by a bounty hunter and his nephew.
Disturbing Information
Investigators released 400-pages of documentation including information about their interviews with Casey and statements from friends. Casey’s attorney, Jose Baez had attempted to block the release, but was unsuccessful.
Within these pages, investigators note that scratches appeared on the Casey’s car trunk---the trunk that smelled foul and had a suspicious stain that was DNA tested. Furthermore, the car contained a washed flatware knife, a Dora the Explorer backpack, a child’s toothbrush, a dark colored belt, and a black leather bag.
The wrecking yard manager who towed Casey’s car told authorities that the foul odor in the vehicle reminded him of the smell of a car he towed in which the owner had committed suicide. He claimed he had also told Casey’s father, George Anthony, about the awful smell, but got no response from George.
Casey’s mother, Cindy Anthony, appears to stand behind her daughter today, however, the documents indicate Cindy had told one of her friends that Casey was a sociopath.
In the released documents, Casey’s friend, Amy Huizenga claims Casey brought little Caylee to adult parties. Huizenga asserted that she believes Casey could have been behind Caylee’s disappearance. Huizenga is quoted as saying, “I think something accidentally happened…Casey freaked out. I don’t know how she solved that problem. But then created this story in her head.”
Casey Did Not Want Caylee
Documents also indicate Casey attempted to put Caylee up for adoption prior to her birth. According to news reports, Cindy refused to let Casey give up her unborn baby and insisted Casey change her mind on the issue. Kiomarie Torres Cruz, one of Casey’s childhood friends initially gave investigators information regarding the adoption and believes Casey suffers from bipolar disorder.
In addition, it has been reported that it took Casey 7 months into her pregnancy to admit she was pregnant. Casey has also failed to disclose who Caylee’s biological father is and according to Casey and the Anthony family, he died in a car accident over a year ago and was never involved in Caylee’s life.
Interviews with Detectives
Contained within the documents are transcripts of detective interviews with Casey, which took place shortly after Caylee was reported missing. Detectives grill Casey about why she has told lie after lie and at one point ask, “Is your daughter in a better place?” to which Casey replies, “No, she’s not.”
Casey claims to be “petrified” about her daughter’s well being, yet also admits she went to no one for help after Caylee disappeared. Casey continues to exist she dropped Caylee off with the babysitter, Zenaida, and denied selling her daughter. Casey insists, “I would not have sold my daughter. If I wanted to really just get rid of her, I would’ve left her with my parents and I would’ve left. I would’ve moved out. I would’ve given my mom custody.”
While out on bail, Casey is confined to her parents home by an electronic ankle monitor and is not giving authorities any new information to assist them with the quest to find Caylee.

took her daughter right along with her-- i have a sick feeling that
this little girl-- may have been killed by drugs that casey and her
friends had at that party-- but no matter how caylee died-- casey was involved--and is to blame-- i hope that bitch gets what

I also believe that Casey is responsible for what happened to Caylee. It is
always difficult to believe that anyone could harm or murder a child. It is
increasingly difficult when we must accept that the mother had the capacity
to cause harm. I withheld judgement to the bitter end. But now I am
convinced by the forensic evidence, that Caylee is dead, and Casey (mom) IS
responsible. I would also like to comment on the mystery of Caylee's
biological father. Take note of Caylee's name. It is a combination of
Casey's and brother Lee Anthony's name. That is the only reason that I can
think of, as to why the paternity of Caylee is so secretive. Casey
presents herself as a sexual extrovert, that has no shame nor inhibitions.
It is not a big stretch for me to believe that Caylee might be a product of
incest.

This mother is very quilty. I mean please look what she did with her
friends checking account and that was her friend!!! I am glad she wasn't a
friend on mine. She is guilty and she needs to come forward and tell people
where that poor little girl is. She only thinks of herself which is
obvious. I just think Caylee got in her way when it came too being young
and single. She is going to keep her mouth shut and not say anything
because why would she do anything to help find Caylee now. It has been all
about her all this time why not now!! It will always be about her. She is
very self center and she is a very sick person to let her daughter's body
not be found and buried properly.

This is a terrible tragedy for the whole family, not only do they lose a
beautiful grandaughter, but they are struggling with the feelings they have
for their own daughter. I do believe that she is guilty, and that Jose
Biaz is not helping any. Why oh why would any parent in their right mind
harm a beautiful gift from heaven. These little people are given to us a
gift, not as something to destroy. Casey should not be let off of this
lightly, she needs to be but in with the general population and then maybe
somebody, would get the truth.

someone on another site found information about a dispossary warrant from
Jesus Ortiz against Zenaida (Ortiz)Fernandez Gonzales thinking this could
be a connection between the Caylee's father and Zenaida - this in regards
to mortgage? a deed of somesort...it was dismissed in December 2007...Is
this so that she could remain in the home and is the home that Casey was
talking about to Amy Huizenga??? not "her" parents home, but the
other "parents" home...

Where was that deed/warrant from??? It might be worth checking

I was a young single mom of two small girls (2-4yrs)at the same age as
Casey (22yrs) I was very self-absorbed,all I thought about was having
fun,this meant getting away from my two girls.More than eighty percent of
the time I was(stuck with them).Don't get me wrong,I always loved them
but,when your in that state of mind all you think is how to satisfy
yourself.Yes, I lashed out at them a few times,but never did I once hit
them or choke them or ever not want them.Casey never wanted POOR LITTLE
CAYLEE.Iam 45yrs.now and wish I had just 1 of those days back.I wonder if
Casey wished she would have done things differant?I wonder if cindy wishes
for the same?Maybe if the child had`nt been forced on the young spoiled mom
this would have never happened.Iam not excusing Casey for what she did to
her little girl,its just that I`ve been there and I know what its like.Her
mother(cindy)should of raised her since she's the one that made casey keep

I think Casey Anthoney killed her innocent little girl and then threw the
remains in the woods. Why would you abbandon your car? look up forms of
chloroform? have a shovel and gas cans in your car? Then not even report
you little girl is missing until the following month. This little girl

Casey "learned" her lying, sociopathic mentality from
someone--The Acorn Does Not Fall Far From the Tree. I would like to know a
lot more about Cindy Anthony and how her co-workers, friends, family, etc.
perceived her. My "gut" tells me that Cindy was not capable (for
whatever reason) of loving Casey; however, she did love Caylee. Casey
acted like a 13 year old pregnant girl--it was not an age appropriate
reaction to worry about what her mother would do! Was Casey so controlled
by her mother's opinion that she had no ability to think for herself. If
anyone can give info on Cindy, please write. I rarely have a chance to get
on here but, with all my heart, I wonder if Caylee did not pay the price
for Cindy's inability to love her own Casey? I know a mother and daughter
who are very similar. The daughter doesn't seem too intelligent; does
anyone know Casey's IQ? Why did she quit school? Was she popular and what
kinds of grades did she make?

I believe Ms. Gonzalez has been wronged and civilly damaged by Casey
Anthony's erroneous use of her name, while accusing her of kidnapping her
daughter, Caylee. Further, Casey will have to submit to a deposition
whether she takes the 5th or not. She'd do that whether she was convicted
in the criminal case or not. Lee Anthony, I know from personal experience,
will also have to give his deposition, but He or Gonzalez' lawyer may
require prosecutors to verify whether Lee is the subject of a criminal
investigation, in which he would be the target, related to Casey Anthony
and the child victim, Caylee Anthony.

Casey wanted to put her baby up for adoption, but her mother Cindy gave her
such a hard time about that. If that is true, Cindy is a very selfish
person. Imagine the life Caylee would have had, had she been adopted by
loving parents, instead of being raised by a sociopath mother, and
controlling Grandmother. I think Cindy was always jealous of Casey and
made her life hell. I also think Casey did murder her own darling child,
and addition to the reasons that are indicated; ie: unable to
party,/date/was tied down, etc... another reason could be to get revenge
against her controlling mother. Casey was finally able to control
something very sacred to Cindy. I know, it is a sick thought, but this is
a sick situation. God have mercy on them, and God Bless them - they all
need it. Rest in peace sweet angel Caylee.

This is one of America's most notorious murder cases and it will be long
remembered. I predict it will be studied in Law, Psychology, and Media
courses for years to come. There is the twisted/damaged personality
defendant; the family's interaction and reaction toward their daughter, the
police and the media (in which the family's behavior had drawn massive
pubic outcry and drama in their own front yard); and there is the
persistent excellence and thorough investigative work of the local police
department and FBI in pursuit of the truth. Plus, there is in no small
measure the inept choice by the defendant of an attorney with only a few
years actual practice experience, and he is in over his head with this very
serious possible death penalty case - but he continues it appears naively
with an imbalanced client who seems to leave everyone in ruins by her
contact. All this and more should be discussed and analysed in course
study for future professionals to learn from.

caylee's age...Never for one min, would I think about hurting her...U have
