The woman who Casey Anthony alleges abducted Caylee Anthony has been located by authorities and chastized by the public.

The babysitter who, according to mother Casey Anthony, allegedly abducted little Caylee Anthony, has been located by authorities. Casey alleges that on or about June 9, 2008, she dropped Caylee off at Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez’s residence at the Sawgrass Apartments, a babysitter she claims to have used frequently. Casey claims Gonzalez kidnapped Caylee, who remains at large.

Alleged Babysitter Located

The only Zenaida Gonzalez having any sort of contact with the Sawgrass Apartments was questioned by law enforcement. Authorities are certain she has nothing to do with the case or Caylee’s disappearance. In addition, after viewing photographs of Gonzalez, Casey claims the woman found was not the Gonzalez with whom she left Caylee. Casey proclaims there are several women with the name of Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez and authorities are not following up on leads she has provided.

Gonzalez’s Life in Ruins

In the meantime, Zenaida Gonzalez’s name has been plastered all over the media. She has not been able to work because no one wants to hire a suspected kidnapper. Gonzalez believes she is being looked at suspiciously by everyone that learns her name and claims Casey Anthony has made her life is a mess. Gonzalez says even if people do not know her face, her name creates the assumption that she did something wrong.

Gonzalez claims to have never met Casey or Caylee and did not even know about the case until investigators visited her. Interestingly, Gonzalez had toured the Sawgrass Apartments shortly before Caylee disappeared. Gonzalez filled out a guest card as an interested renter, but never moved into the complex. The Sawgrass Apartments is the same apartment complex that Casey claims she left Caylee, and subsequently named Gonzalez as the babysitter living there. This has caused some to speculate that Casey may have garnered Gonzalez’ name from the guest card she filled out or overheard Gonzalez’s name when Casey made her own visit to the apartment complex.

Cindy Anthony Supports Caylee’s Story

Once again, Caylee’s grandmother, Cindy Anthony backs Casey’s story and believes there are nine other Zenaida Hernandez-Gonzalez’s in the area. Cindy asserts that the police have not been diligent in locating these women. Cindy also claims she heard her daughter Casey mention Gonzalez as Caylee’s babysitter over two years ago—a statement Cindy is willing to back up with a polygraph test.

Jose Baez, Casey’s attorney, also claims that the Zenaida Gonzalez found was not the same woman that had babysat Caylee. Baez believes that the public have written Casey off as having done something terrible to Caylee, yet there is no actual evidence this is what occurred. He claims the family is getting extremely frustrated and feels no one is looking for Caylee.

I feel that Casey is hiding something. NO mother would go for 5 weeks without reporting her child missing if she had nothing to do with it. It baffles me how Casey's mother could stick by her daughter knowing she has a history of telling tall tales. I don't buy that Casey is afraid to talk because she is worried that Caylee will be harmed. If her story is true and she knows where her daughter is, then she must know that because the case has gotten so much attention then it is less likely that whoever has Caylee would hurt her knowing that authorities are investigating her whereabouts. Casey is lying. I think that Cindy Anthony needs to rethink beliveing her daughter and cooperate more with police and tell them everything she knows. The fact that Casey was seen dancing in a bar smiling when her daughter went missing is only more proof she is covering up. NO mother who was truly looking for her child would be bumping and grinding with someone in a bar. If it were my child first of all i would not have waited 5 weeks to report her missing and second I would have been very distraught and anguished that she was out there somewhere, i would not be in a bar. Casey is a liar and she knows exactly what happened to her daughter. Come clean Casey because you will have to face God in the end. Poor Caylee, if she is still alive I hope she is found soon, but i think the likelyhood of that is small.

Is it possible that the landlord of the apartment and some woman going by this name are into stealing children and selling them? I think it is funny that the apartment has not been rented out in so long. Maybe Casey did have a lady watching the girl and the landlord let this woman going by that name use the apartment till they gained Casey's trust and up and took the girl and sold her. Thats my theory I think that the landlord and neighbors in that apartment building needs to be asked some question and law inforcement should not just focus on Casey. I know she has lied about a few things but not many people can remember day to day. Myself I couldn't remember times and dates. Plus who knows what kind of shape your mind would be in if your daughter was missing. I hope and prey they find the pretty little girl alive and I hope the mother didnt have anything to do with it. As far as the charges I think they are stupid. If she left the little girl with the same lady for almost 2 years how is that negelete(sp)? Also her going 5 weeks without reporting it could be because she thought laws would think she done something so she thought she could find her on her own. More than likely they would have blamed her from the get go. This is all just my oppion and I could be wrong but alot of stuff don't make since and laws need to look at alot of different people other than Casey. This world is so messed up. Having two little girls myself all this breaks my heart to hear.

As far as Zenaida Fernandez Gonzales, I find it somewhat interesting that this woman looked at the apartment and that Casey gave this woman's name as the babysister and led them to the exact same apartment, this Ms. Gonzales looked at. It seems to me that even though Zenaida was cleared, I don't know how Casey would know the woman's name the apartment number without some inside information. Either someone in the apartment complex know's something because it is to coincidental, that Casey would know this information without even meeting this person. I hope and pray that they find this precious child alive. My heart and prayers go out to the Anthony family.

Yes, Zenaida Gonzalez would be located under the name of Zenaida Ortiz - in New York as Casey stated....
Zanny was the Grandma"Nanny" - and if you look her name up under Grandparents rights Zenaida Ortiz (Grandparents rights) you will find her posting from last year (prior to her sons death) expressing anger at her inability to see her granddaughter in Florida....about the other grandparents seeing her all the time. They need to check into this.

I think that Casey has done something horrible to Caylee. I believe that she didn't report anything immediatley because she was disposing of her daughters body. Listening to her phone conversations from jail gave me goose pumps, at no point time did she seem upset about the disappearance of her daughter. All she wanted to do was talk to her boyfriend, which is probably the reason she killed her daughter. I hope they find Caylee alive and well I really do, but the evidence isn't painting a pretty picture. If she indeed killed her child, I hope she fries!

I believe that Gonzalez is the Grandmother of Caylee(fathers mother) She came to Casey and wanted to see her granddaughter...the only piece of her son she has left. I believe she took the little girl and ran.

If for some reason somebody assuming the name of Zeneida Gonzalez has Caylee, I'm sure that even then Casey is involved willingly. As in - Casey sold her for money and freedom from single parenthood. I do, however, believe that it's all bogus and poor Caylee is no longer alive.

It just seems really far fetched that Casey would come up with the name Zenaida and that a person with the same name was looking at those apartments. It seems that Casey knew too much about that apartment building. She had the address memorized. The apartment was empty. How would she know to pick the empty one to bring police too. As far as how she got the name it seems like she must have gotten her hands on that card somehow (maybe someone at the apartment complex) or there was more involvement with Zenaida than there should have been. From what other reports have said Zenaida checked out those apartments a couple of months before Caylee went missing. Was there some conspiring going on? Why would Casey pick that particular name and if it had been months how would she remember it? Lots of questions. Of course, now with the smell in the car being found as human decay there is very little doubt that Caylee is alive.

I think the mother has done something. If i was a mother of a 2 year old or any, i would report the missing the secound she was. And im only 16teen. And also if the mother has done ( i think she did) than she may have killed her an but her some where, but she could have flown a plane some where to do it.. In any of the interview is she crying say she wants her back. SO she had to of done it. i would not sleep. Knowing my child may be out there dead or still alive needing medical help. They should do a lie detector test. So they can find her. She may be alive. But than again they did say there was a dead smell in the car I dont no what is wrong with that women ( if she had done it) would you want to hurt your own child. If u never wanted it give her to someone that will give her the love she is needed.. A if she handen done it than she would have called way befour. If i didnt see my child casue she was at the babysitters an when i wanted to an i coldnt i would call the police asap. Right, the babysitter needs to speck up, or anyone that knows, What happen to the little girl. She may have been soled for durgs, or something.

How would the Mom know that there are several Zenaida Gonzalez? Did she look that up in the phone book before giving that name to police? Why did the Mom wait an entire montht o report her missing? Why did she go clubbing with abunch of hobaggy people when her daughter was missing? Why did she just leave her car abandoned?And why did it smell like a dead body? Police better start searching in the local dump since that is what everyone does now a days when they don't want you around anymore. People make me sick!

Zenaida's right she only time she was ever at the sawgrass complex was looking for an apartment to rent it was still vacant but I don't believe that crap casey is saying because she not but a damn liar ,Casey knows damn well she didn't drop caylee off nowhere and gonzales had nothing to do with all the sudden I'm watching Nancy Grace and I see pictures of her at a bar messing and screwing around with another woman smiling and laughing her behind off like an idiot that prove she dosen't give damn about caylee at all that woman has put Zenaida through hell and all the crap she has to put up with and right she never met casey or her daughter.On top that Cindy is such a liar after she had lied about pizza in the trunk of the car guess again when the car was brought in to FBI lab for dna test she was lying all along there a smell of decomposition plus hair traces and all belong to caylee which seriously that casey killed her own daughter then more evidence comes up chloroform traces were found in the trunk of the car and right she did something horrible to daughter ,I think Gonzales is telling the truth and she's in the clear but she can't even get a job because that lowlife piece of trash put her through a whole hell of lot mess she didn't deserved

I believe that Caylee may have been kidnapped as her mother states. First the child can count up to forty something in Spanish and according to people who know Casey there has been a Zenaida. Although it is hard to conceive why this was not reported immediately,we don't know all the facts in the case. I hope that this sweet and bright little girl is soon found unharmed. My prayers go out to the Anthony family and I support all their efforts!! I can't understand why those protesters aren't arrested for harassment?!!

ID. Casey did mention in the police tapes that she had a couple of
friends that worked at Sawgrass Apts. Maybe she was there when Zenaida
called to see the apartment. I don't believe the kidnapping story at
all. I don't care what the circumstance were in a kidnapping you would
definitely call the police if it were your own child. I think Casey is just like Scott Peterson. He lied and lied and did it so well.
Have you noticed that Casey never tears up or cries when she talks about Caylee. I don't even know little Caylee and I tear up every once
in a while when they talk about her and show her pictures.
Something is definitely wrong with Casey. That's just not normal.

Of course I am not sure what to believe. I hope that Casey approached one of the illegal alien nannies in the park and said, "Please take her. I cannot deal with her anymore." It is possible someone using that name took Caylee to Mexico. I don't know about the other allegations like the chloroform. Maybe Casey knew Caylee would cry so she drugged her and accidentally killed the baby. My hope is she is in Mexico, learning to speak spanish.

it is very sad, that caylee is missing. casey did mention that zenaida had lived or visited a place near a lake. maybe she is giving evidence of where she might have taken caylee. does anyone know how zenaida looks? if casey does, why isnt a sketch of zenaida being requested. there are just too many lies. on the interview it sounds like she had all her answers planned out. no emotions what so ever.

The nanny is looking for a way to collect some easy money. I don't believe there ever was a baby sitter with or without the same name and if there was, who said it was her. She was never in a line up, no one ever went up to her and pointed their finger in her face saying: Thats her, thats the nanny. She is looking is just looking for some quick cash!

casey had friends that live or lived in that complex and in other houses nearby. anyone could have looked up the sign in sheet. no one took that baby. casey, has not once including her parents or brother made one attempt to go look for that baby. they know where she is. i just can't believe how she parades in front of those camera's with her sun glasses on, with her caylee shirt tide at the waist, her makeup and hair in tact. my god, i would be doubled over in bed, throwing my eyes up!!! what a sick individual!! she needs to be committed. and why was she on various missing children's websites, just days before caylee went missing. what a shame. she partied, fixed dinners for guys, got a tatoo, i mean this person is really sick. i would be aftaid to sleep in the same house with her. she hates her mom, who i might say, could have made her the way she is. what a foursome!! poor baby, that is who i care about, that is who everyone always seems to lose focus on. its not about casey, its about that little angel.

I think she should be looked into more as well. Why should this Zanaida press charges when there are so many others with the exact same name. I have not heard anyone else come forward to say their name has been ruined.

They are the worst bunch of people, they have to know something if they're willing to sit back and show hardly any concern or take any action in finding this little three year old girl. If Zenaida Gonzalez never heard of this case before the investigators, then how has her name been ruined. Obviously if she didnt know anything about it then it was having no effect on her life. There is a good story with Zenaida Gonzalez, however it doesn't beat scientific evidence of a decomposing body in casey's trunk and there is also strong evidence suggesting that it is Caylee's.. that would be very odd if there were a another body in her car the same time her daughter went missing.

I feel that Cindy Anthony is too "hands on" as a grandmother to have not met anyone involved in Calee's care. I think it's wishful thinking that her daughter is telling the truth. Its also hard to believe that none of her partying friends have not been with her out somewhere that they would have picked up or dropped off Calee to the babysitter. From my own experiences using the same sitter for years, all my coworkers and friends knew her well.

I think Casey did something to Caylee, but not intentionally. I think it happened by "accident" that whatever it is she did, wan't intended in killing the little girl but it did. Now Casey is afraind and is trying to cover it up. She lies to get attention. She is getting ALL the attention she wants now. She's going to drag this out for as long as she can. Can somebody please open there eyes,One when you lose a child or goes missing, you'll go nuts and you'll get any help u can get... two how can some of you say she sold her daughter when she was stealing money and writting out checks that wasnt hers, dont you think that if she sold her daughter she would have money and probably would've gone some where else...and three the thing with the babysitter its all phoney u would not leave ur child to some stranger without looking anyfurther about that person. I am a mother of 2 beautiful boys i work full time so does my husband, the days we cant watch them they r put in a child daycare, and if by any chance we need a babysitter i'll make sure i check the women out from her past employees to her family...you just dont drop off your kids to some stranger thats why i dont believe her...shes a liar and a very horriable person...what mother goes out dancing,drinking and shopping and your daughter is missing, come on can somebody PLEASE do something about this...

Casey without a doubt in my mind killed her daughter Caylee. There is no way she did'nt with the evidence found in her car, on her computer and with not a single word that comes out of her moth matching up with actual events. She did it. When it comes to Zenaida, Casey thought she could come up with a story to tell the police something that they could at least go with for the moment or become confused by. Casey is a liar and she will continue to lie and feel no remorse about her own daughter being missing, and the reason she will feel no remorse is because she is the one who killed her and either herself or assisted in the disposing of her body.

There are so many holes in the mother's story. Think about it people. I don't have any children, but the FIRST thing I would do if he/she were missing is contact the police in a panic stricken state. That is the natural way it would happen....you would FREAK OUT and want to know immediately if your child was safe or not. That would be the first concern over anything in life. Also, the police found EVIDENCE there was a corpse in the trunk of her car, and found one of Caylee's hair strands in the trunk as well. The cadaver dogs also found evidence in the backyard of the home there were human remains once buried there at some point. You also have to look at the actions of Casey during this time, and what she was doing. Think about it really hard....would you be out clubbing while your daughter or family memeber was missing? I don't think so.

I also think Zenaida knows more than she is telling, or has some kind of involvment in the situation, but that is for the police to continue to investigate, which needs to be done now.

The evidence in this case is the truth, and the truth is going to come out, no matter how horrible the outcome. In the meantime, pray for Caylee and hope she is not feeling or did feel any kind of pain or suffering.

Has anyone heard of the court documents that were "viewed" in 2005 shrotly after Caylee was born? Stating that Casey wanted to give her up for adoption? Or the dress they found near the Orlando Airport that states it might be Caylee's - in her size? Or the fact that on 7/22 she was emailing that army guy and said in the email "you wont believe how big she's gotten! I'll teach her something funny to say to you when you finally get home" & then sent a pic to him? I believe that she was alive then. Im thinking this was an accident per say, and she's trying to cover it up. I dont think she'd try to sell her. I do however think that if given the chance she wouldn't think twice about leaving Caylee @ the house alone or with her mother, packing her shit & disappearing. Besides, the only thing that was tieing Casey down to an adult life was that child. She's a horrible person obviously. Stealing, lying. She has no regard for anyone else, you can see it in her eyes. They need to do this old school way & beat the truth out of her. Send her to a torturer, maybe that'll help. B/c constantly asking questions to her and the Anthony family is just creating a larger problem with the lies. I pray that Caylee is found unharmed,

I have been following this case by watching Nancy Grace nearly every night almost from the beginning.

I have had a few questions along the way; many of these have been answered, but a few haven't. I was glad to run across the threads of dialogue here that talk about the "coincidence" of Zenaida Gonzalez.

First, I do realize that at least 98% of the evidence points to Caylee being dead. But, I do think this Zenaida "connection" needs to be investigated.

Here's why:
The mom seems incapable to telling the truth, but(and the guest psychologists/psychiatrists agree) there always seems to be some kernel of truth in her statements.

Case in point - She led police to Universal. She no longer worked there, BUT she had worked there at one time... (tiny kernel)

Perhaps Casey needs these kernels as inspriation for her lies....

Now, you wonder why I think it's important.

One reason - if Casey has an accomplice - and she may - there may be a clue here - another kernel..It is just too much of a coincidence that a lady by that unusual name happened by the same apt. that this Z.G. looked at...

Now, I tend to believe this woman who is saying she is NOT the Zenaida that knows Casey, but everything needs to be investigated. Just because Casey is probably guilty of hurting her child, that does not mean that everyone else is innocent.

I would like to know that VERY FIRST TIME she uttered the name Zenaida to anyone. Everyone interviewed (sans mom Cyndi) refers to Casey talking about "the nanny." The mom is the only one that mentioned the name Zani or Zanny.

Now, I would like to know about the management of the Sawgrass Apts and the staff. If I were the police investigators, I would be interviewing the supposed "friends" of Casey who live or lived there. I would also want all employees - as far back as March 2008 (When Casey was searching the Internet for "missing child Websites" -another telling event - SOMETHING was premeditated here!)

So, let's find out about who knew Casey and their connection with her. Could these apts. have been Casey's "hideout" when she was supposedly going to work each day? Casey appears to need people around her. i.e. the clubbing, the hanging with the new boyfriend and pals. Was she really alone all day? I wonder if a second look at the Sawgrass Apts will yield some clues and give us the name of the person that provided the name Zenaida Gonzales.

Please, if you are in Florida, talk this up!

i hope that calee was really kidnapped by zenaida, at least knowing that she is alive make me feel a whole lot better about this case.
i think casey is just a young, immature mother but the reason why she probably doesn't shed any tears is because she knows that zenaida is in love with her daugher and has taken care of her without getting paid. i say that because i have 2 grown boys and i always borrow my friends daughter who is 3 yrs old. girls are just diff from boys.
i will be praying that they find calee alive so that all will be well including her grandparents who are griefing for their granddaughter and daughter. let's just think positive and hope for the best.

Yes, i think casey is hiding something member in the interview where her parents came to vist her and the mother asked are WE being threating and then casey said just let it be mom. one of her friends told THE media that she never wanted caylee maybe she gave her up to someone anyomous. and why dont they get a physic to help with the case maybe they can pick up something that nobody ever thought of doing or asking. she is out there somewhere either alive or dead.. if casey really loved that little girl she would tell somebody what happened.
because as i see it she is gonna go away for a very long time and this WILL eat her up inside if she does know what happened to her little girl.. has anyone gave her a lie diector test ????

It is open and shut for me personally as all her actions point to killing her child and I believe it was premeditated.
One additional interesting note is that if you watch her facial expressions while talking to her parents in jail, she tends to look quickly to the left. There are many studies that show this behavior indicates a liar which has already been proven with her.
Get the syringes ready folks.

casey planned this murder. The daughter was probablly drugged , had her mouth duct tapped and placed in the trunk, so Casey could sleep over with her new boyfriend Tony L.. She probably just left her in the trunk for a few days...not really caring. Then the car started to stink so she ditched the body and then the car at the Amscot. Never told her parents the car was there or went back for it, insisted Caylee was with Zanny and playing with Zack here and there ,etc.
Remember , Cindy reported Caylee missing on July 16th after the car was retrieved from the pound. Casey still had not reported her missing and would not have. Cindy called 911. So, who knows Caylee could have been gone another month or so before anyone knew a thing. Sad story.
Beautiful innocent baby girl..god I cry for her. Casey wont cry for her. She is cold and hard. She is guilty, all evidence on computer and actions point to her guilt. I hope the jury gets this right, because there is no doubt. No nanny, no address, no phone # for her, no phone records or computer records for this so called Nanny. Just doesnt fly.
I'm a mom of 2 and this story is so clearly a big, premeditated lie.
Casey I only hope for Caylee's sake...justice is served and you pay.

First is the name Fernandez Gonzalez as Casey says or Hernandez Gonzalez as Cindy says. Second,Both Baez and the Anthony's claim to have investigative teams working for them,why haven't they located remaining nine persons. Third why hasn't Casey given at least a composite sketch of this woman to Baez and the Anthony P.I.'s and Law Enforcement.

Casey is guilty of murder and this trial thing, is just a formality that has to play out because of our constitution. However, the evidence will proof beyond a reasonable doubt that this woman killed her sweet and innocent daughter. Her parents have no choice to defend Casey because they were trapped in Casey's net of lies and now they have to stick with that image that Casey fooled them in order to protect the lies they told themselves to the police. I know in their hearts they know she is guilty. Who would party hard after knowing that their child was missing. All Casey cared about was her boyfriend and hanging out and drinking and smoking weed. I also believe Casey suffers from delusions of grandeur, fooling her friends and stealing money from them and pretending she had a "Nanny" and money to party. She liked to steal money from her mother to go out and meet guys. Casey had it made living in her parents house. She didn't pay any bills. How the heck after 2 years of babysitting a child, that no one knows the babysitter except Casey. Who the heck can believe that? Where are pictures? If my Nanny was taking that much care of my child, she would definately be invited over to my house to visit my family or family functions especially if the nanny had children herself. If I had a birthday function for my child, I would invite the nanny and their children over too. That's why it's a ridiculous story and it doesn't make sense and if it doesn't make sense and it's confusing, it's a lie. I just don't understand why Casey would resort to such a horrible act of murdering an inocent child? Why would someone do that? I'm beginning to think that Casey is more psychotic than what she appears to be up front. I think Casey has a lot of issues stemming from some sort of trauma as a child herself. I would not rule out that she was molested by someone given how young she had her daughter. According to discovery documents, she has had numerous boyfriends over the years. This is definately a sign of instability. Casey's uncle, her mother's brother, emailed Casey's mother about how blind she is to Casey's deception. So her entire family is not supporting Casey at this time.

Like many others, I believe that Casey did happen to do something to hurt her daughter. Even though her daughter had been missing, she is still able to smile and laugh like nothing serious was going on. I feel that she should be the alledged suspect. I feel that she might have felt so guilty, in what she did to her daughter. That she has to start making up stories and or people's names, that she herself, or the person that she made up, don't even have a clue of who the other person is. The investigators should really consider getting serious with Casey Anthony, I mean really serious. I'm always watching Nancy Grace to get the lastest update. And as I was watching her last night, to my surprise, little Caylee's uncle,(Lee Anthony), likewise, is a liar himself. I mean what kind of person is that? Don't either of them care about the precious little child, let alone how she might have died? It's ridiculous to say the least. I feel terrible, in how this child was murdered.

the authorities already know that the apartment biulding that herfriends lived at.. zanny put in a aplication.. casey got her name from the aplication while hanging out with her friends and used it trying to blame some "nanny". caseys a down right dirty murderer and now she has twisted her way into so many damn lies she cant find her way out... shes done now.. she should get the chair for what she has done. nobody who loses thier daughter, fails to call the cops uless YOUVE had something to do with it... besides all the stealing and lying she has done.. not even her horrible newbie of an attorney can help her now!!!
